This website and shop, and all associated digital platforms, social media accounts (website), marketing contents, products, materials, and services (services) are licensed and operated by The Designeur – an Avenue Brand (Designeur, we, us, our). The terms you / the client refer to any user or browser of the website, consumers, or purchasers of our products or services.
TEMPLATE SINGLE-USE LICENSE
TheDesigneur grants each template package purchaser a single-use license. This license applies to all templates purchased on the TheDesigneur website as well as any Bonus Materials that are included in the package.
This license means exactly as it sounds… you only get to use the template for one business, and the Bonus Materials are only intended to be used by one person (the purchaser). If you wish to use the template or Bonus Materials for additional purposes, you will have to purchase an additional template package from TheDesigneur.
This license is non-exclusive, meaning that other people will be able to purchase our template packages.
You also cannot resell, lease, duplicate, license, sub-license, redistribute, or offer the template for free to any third party or marketplace.
All our products are delivered digitally to the email address stated in the purchase unless otherwise stated. In case the email address is not correct, we cannot be held responsible for delivering the product to a faulty email address. In case of a faulty delivery email address, kindly get in touch via email@example.com.
Due to the immediate nature of digital products, refunds on any digitally downloaded products including but not limited to; workbooks, templates, scripts, spreadsheets, tools, and training shall not be granted.
Refunds on training courses can be considered on a case-by-case basis and requests must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the purchase. Students must have completed their course(s) and course work, and demonstrate how the course(s) was not satisfactory.
Lifetime access is defined by the lifetime of our business entity or specific product. In case we change the product offering, sell the entity, or close the business, the purchaser is informed latest 6 months in advance, giving them the possibility to complete the coursework and download the materials.
In case of technical issues concerning access to the education platform and purchases, we will commit to doing our very best to get things back up and rolling.
The customer data is stored in our servers located in the EU. They are only used for legal & accounting purposes.
Credit card data
We do not store, nor have access to any of the critical data regarding the customer’s payment methods, such as credit cards. All data is securely handled by the payment providers Stripe / Klarna / PayPal. We have no access to the credit card data.
